    The NYPD arrested a suspect in the attempted sexual assault of a mother in front of her three children.  Police say they busted Pedro Vargas, 48, of Yonkers on Thursday.  Chilling surveillance video released by cops showed a  man pretending to be a livery cab driver, pulling the woman out of a car, elbowing her five-year-old child in the face and tossing her three-year-old child onto a sidewalk in Queens.

    Years ago, 98-year-old Miriam Moscowitz was accused of associating with people giving secrets to the Soviet Union. Now after two-years in jail and 60 years of living with the stigma, she's fighting in court to have her name cleared. “It's been like a shroud around me and I don't want it and I'm at the end of my life and I want it cleaned up,” she said. Moscowitz admits that she was associated with two men who were likely passing along information to the Soviet Union.
