The 16 counties with in-person early voting Sunday are Bay, Bradford, Broward, Charlotte, Duval, Hillsborough, Leon, Miami-Dade, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Polk, Seminole, St. Lucie and Suwannee, according to a list on the state Division of Elections website.
