ONE DAYTONA announces P.F. Chang's, 'The Daytona' hotel, other tenants

- ONE DAYTONA, the planned mixed-use and entertainment destination across the street from Daytona International Speedway, welcomes P.F. Chang's to its tenant lineup.   Developers on Monday also announced the addition of a 144-room Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, called The DAYTONA, which is meant to compliment a second hotel, a 105-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. 

Marking its first location in Volusia County, P.F. Changs will become part of ONE DAYTONA's high-energy "Victory Circle," with an approximately 5,500-square foot space featuring indoor and outdoor upscale dining. 

"We're thrilled to enter the growing Daytona Beach market and believe ONE DAYTONA is an ideal location," said Wayne Jones, President / COO, P.F. Chang's. "We are excited to welcome new guests to experience our unique Asian-inspired cuisine and will be a committed partner to the surrounding community."

The DAYTONA is a hotel property "designed with motorsports in mind, but exactly like nothing else," says developer Prime Group. ONE DAYTONA hopes to attract more than just tourists as Prime Goup is also planning approximately 268 luxury apartment rental units spread over a four-story midrise campus and lakefront garden-style apartments on the east side of the property.

Also entirely new to the Daytona Beach area, ONE DAYTONA adds premium retailer Hy's Toggery, along with food and beverage tenant Kilwins Confections.  Hy's Toggery is family-owned and specializes in the finest clothing and footwear brands.

In addition to P.F. Chang's, Hy's Toggery, and Kilwins, lease agreements have been executed with Bass Pro Shops, and Cobb Theatres

The development boasts approximately 300,000 square feet and a projected investment of approximately $120 to  $150 million.  The first phase of ONE DAYTONA is planned to open in 2017.
