Cat and owner reunite after a year thanks to microchip

Orange County Animal Services say after being lost for a year, a cat was reunited with its owner thanks to a microchip.
Paco and his mom were all smiles after their reunion.
Officials say a registered microchip with current owner information is the most successful way to reunite with a pet if ever lost.
Orange County pet owners who would like to have their pets microchipped can do so for $15 per pet at Animal Services’ clinic from Monday – Friday between the hours of 1 – 5:30 p.m.
