The Florida Highway Patrol reports that 238 people have been spotted driving the wrong way on Florida highways since September 2014.

One of the latest incidents occurred Friday around 1 a.m. in the westbound lanes of State Road 408 near Olrando.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers says the driver, who has been identified as Jonathan Lamar Thomas, managed to driver drunk from downtown to the area near Dean Road, which is east of the 417 expressway.

Dashboard camera video from the on board a Florida Highway Patrol cruiser shows a trooper attempt to stop the driver of a silver vehicle.  The car slows, but keeps on going despite the troopers call to the driver to stop.  The video shows the trooper follow the car with lights and sirens for a while before it eventually stops.

Troopers say Thomas failed field sobriety tests.  He was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
