Man arrested at Aquatica water park

Aquatica annual pass holder, Roy McCormick, is banned from the SeaWorld Orlando water park, after Orange County deputies said he groped two young girls there over the weekend.

Deputies said the girls, who are between ages 12 and 15, were floating around in ROA’s Rapids, when they felt a hand squeeze their behinds.  They told Aquatica staff members that McCormick was the man who touched them, and afterwards, deputies said he followed the girls out of the lazy river and stared at them.

Aquatica staff called the Sheriff’s Office and deputies arrested the North Carolina man.

Seaworld Communications told FOX 35 in a statement, "The safety of our guests and ambassadors is our number one priority, and we have zero tolerance for this type of behavior at our parks. While we cannot comment on an open investigation, we have been in contact with the parents of the guests, and our security team is working closely with the Orange County Sheriff's Office on this matter. The individual has been trespassed from Seaworld properties."

McCormick was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.  On Monday, a judge set his bond at $4,000. He was still in the Orange County jail Monday evening.
