A woman, reportedly connected to an investigation into the death of a child in Albany, Georgia has been taken into custody in Ocala, Florida, authorities say.  Clarion M. Garrison, 28, was located Wednesday evening in Marion County, hours after an Amber Alert was issued for three young children who were accompanying her. Garrison has been described as their biological mother.

The circumstances surrounding the abduction of the children, ages 4 to 7, have not been released. Authorities in Florida were told to be on the lookout for 2003 Kia Optima with the Georgia license plate QBD1126. Deputies said they located the vehicle near her family's Ocala home.

"Contact was made with the occupants of the vehicle, and deputies discovered the three missing children and two of Garrison's family members inside the car, but Garrison was not present," said Lauren Lettelier, with the Marion County Sheriff's Office.  "The children were unharmed and in good health."

Sources inside the Albany Police Department told WAGA-TV that the abduction is connected to the death a 2-year-old girl. Police told the Albany Herald that at least one person would be charged with concealment of a death, but no suspect had been named. An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.

Detectives with the Albany Police Department are traveling to Ocala, where they are expected to question Garrison, who has yet to be charged with any crime. This is a developing story.  Check back for updates.
