ONE DAYTONA, International Speedway Corporation's planned retail, dining and entertainment complex being built across from Daytona International Speedway, announced new retail and dining tenants this week:  Guitar Center, Tervis, IT'SUGAR, Jeremiahs Italian Ice, and Venetian Nail Spa.

The development boasts approximately 300,000 square feet and a projected investment of approximately $120 to $150 million. Lease agreements have been executed with Bass Pro Shops and Cobb Theatres, as anchor tenants. Other announced tenants include P.F. Chang's, Hy's Toggery, and Kilwins Confections.  There are also two hotels planned -- Shaner Hotels has confirmed an exclusive 144-room, full-service Marriott Autograph Collection, called The DAYTONA, and an approximately 105-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott.

In addition to the shopping, dining and hotels, PHG is planning an approximately 268-unit rental apartment community, including a four-story midrise campus and garden style complex.

Located along ONE DAYTONA's main street, Daytona Boulevard, Guitar Center will open a 10,000-square foot iconic retail store complete with a state-of-the-art rehearsal studio. Known as the world's largest instrument retailer, Guitar Center will feature both new and used instruments and gear, as well as on-site guitar repairs and set-up service, gear rentals and a lessons academy.

Tervis, opening in a space under The DAYTONA hotel, will offer its insulated drinkware with thousands of designs, including some licensed through ISC and NASCAR. Most well-known for its tumbler, Tervis offers water bottles, collectibles, wine glasses, and more.

Also located within Victory Circle, is Deerfield Beach, Fla. - based IT'SUGAR, a rapidly growing chain of over 85 fun, chic specialty candy and gift stores in select U.S. cities including New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles and several international destinations.  IT'SUGAR offers their own branded confections alongside classic candy, retro treats, giant size candy, and exclusive private label items.

Now a Central Florida household name, Jeremiah's Italian Ice was born in 1996 when owner Jeremiah Litwack perfected his technique for combining fresh fruit, fruit puree, filtered water and sugar. Jeremiah's standalone kiosk along Daytona Boulevard will offer over 40 flavors of tasty treats including Italian ice, soft serve ice cream and gelatis, made fresh daily.

Along the Boulevard, Venetian Nail Spa will offer a serene and tranquil environment for its clients in a spacious 3,500-square foot space. Visitors can relax and be pampered while enjoying superior nail care, waxing and massage services.

Set to open in 2017, ONE DAYTONA is seeing continued momentum with 25 percent of its site work complete and construction underway on Bass Pro Shops and the 12-screen Cobb Theatres.
