Marion County Sheriff's Office detectives are now classifying a missing person case as a homicide investigation.
The body of Jeffery Todd Aaron was found Thursday morning in Orange County, but detectives believe Aaron was killed in Marion County.
Aaron's vehicle, a white Chevy pick-up truck, was located in an apartment complex in Volusia County. The Holly Hill Police Department located the truck after Marion County officials had put out an alert of a missing person.
Detectives need help from the community to gather more information on when, where and how Aaron was killed. You could earn up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.
