Authorities say central Florida deputies killed a suspected stalker who had earlier shot two workers -- one fatally -- at a Eustis auto-parts store.
Police later tracked down the suspect, identified as 57-year-old Gilberto Roman Rivera, in nearby woods. Officials say the Rivera threatened to shoot officers, who then fired their weapons at the suspect killing him.

Investigators say Rivera had been stalking 54-year-old Rose Nelson when he entered the Discount Auto Parts at 2010 N. SR 19 on Wednesday morning. Nelson was shot and killed and another employee was injured and taken to Florida Hospital Waterman.
The Eustis Police Department said they received a stalking complaint from Nelson on Monday and were working to identify a suspect who had approached her at the auto parts store earlier this week. That suspect was believed to have been armed during the incident on Monday.
Nelson had been asked by police to view a photo lineup of potential suspects and was scheduled to go to the Eustis Police Department Wednesday afternoon.
No customers were inside the store at the time of the shooting.
