Kissimmee authorities are investigating the death of a 49-year-old woman who was struck and killed by an Amtrak train as she was walking along tracks in the area of Main Street and Vine Street.
The woman, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. U.S. Highway 192 was closed in both directions for over an hour. Vine Street was also closed but has since re-opened.
