ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -
Deputies in Orange County are searching for a man accused of raping a 19-year-old woman in front of her baby boy.
"I looked up, and he was just here with a knife. So I was like, 'Oh my God, is this really happening?'" the victim told FOX 35. "I feel violated, I feel hurt, I feel embarrassed. I wish I could have done more, but I couldn't'. My son was right there."
She says the man pulled her pants off and threatened to kill her if she moved or screamed, her 4-month-old baby lying right next to her in the bed.
"He started waving the knife at me. I'm like, 'Please don't hurt my son! Please don't kill me!' I thought I was going to die," said the victim.
She says the man raped her, then walked right out the front door. The suspect wore a mask. By the time she flagged deputies down, she realized she had seen her attacker before.
A tip lead deputies to a home off of 45th St. near Rio Grande, where a man matching the suspect's description lives.
