Osceola County Sheriff's detectives on Tuesday arrested a man on 10 counts of child pornography.
The investigation began in June, when deputies responded to Best Buy in Kissimmee. They spoke with the store manager who said technicians were a repairing a computer brought in by George Michael Muschal. While working on the computer, they said they found several images that appeared to be child pornography and contacted the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.
Detectives obtained a search warrant to take the computer into evidence and process it for illegal activity. Detectives said they found 253 images, and at least 38 of those images were confirmed to be child pornography with girls under the age of 12.
Muschal was brought in for questioning and cooperated with the investigation. Based on his statements and the evidence, he was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with $25,000 bond.
The investigation is on-going with additional charges pending.
