Students release second FCAT video

Some scholar students and an Orange County School Board Member put together a second FCAT video taking aim at the Florida Department of Education.

FOX 35 was there when the students filmed the FCAT feature in Orange County a few weeks ago.

The student project was first aired on FOX35 Friday evening.
