A couple was caught engaging in a sex act on a patio at a Baldwin Park restaurant Monday evening, Orlando Police said.
Jeremie Lee Calo, 32, of Winter Park and a woman were reportedly "having sex on a table in view of minor children" when several patrons of Paddy Murphy's complained to the restaurant manager, an arrest report said.
The manager, Tom Murphy, confronted the couple, telling them to stop and to pay the bill or he would call police. Calo signed the check "NO," the report said. Then Calo tried to leave the premises with two glasses. Murphy and a coworker held down Calo until police arrived.
Calo was arrested and charged with trying to leave without paying the $101 tab. Because the witnesses declined to provide written statements to police, Calo was not charged over the sex allegations.
