Marijuana grow house discovered in Kissimmee

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Two Kissimmee residents were arrested afterauthorities received information regarding possible illegal drug activity. 

Agents with the Osceola County Investigative Bureau on Thursday locateda marijuana grow house in four separate rooms inside a home at 57 Trotters Circle and tookinto evidence 57 plants that ranged from six inches to five feet tall.  

Denis Proenza, 30, and Loida Montalvo, 25, arebeing charged with cultivation of cannabis, theft of utilities, grand theft, trafficking in cannabis under 25 pounds, and renting a structure with the intent to manufacture or cultivate a controlled substance.

The investigation is on-goingat this time which may lead to additional arrests.
