Casey Anthony's attorneys will return to court Tuesday to appeal her four convictions of lying to law enforcement while they were looking for her daughter, Caylee Anthony.
Anthony is attempting to reduce her four convictions to one. The hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, a three-judge panel of the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach will hear oral arguments. Cheney Mason and Lisabeth Fryer are representing Anthony, the Sentinel reports.
If Anthony wins her appeal, it could affect her testimony in pending lawsuits against her. Anthony is being sued by Zenaida Gonzalez, who says her reputation was ruined when Anthony told authorities investigating Caylee's disappearance that a nanny with the same name kidnapped Caylee.
