TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Pima County Superior Court Clerk Patricia Noland plans to retire at the end of March.
According to the Arizona Daily Star, Noland is citing a need to make her family her top priority.
The former state legislator was first elected court clerk in 1998. She was last re-elected in 2010.
Gov. Jan Brewer will appoint a midterm replacement who will have to be a Republican because that's Noland's party.
