PHOENIX -
Maricopa County Sheriff's inmates being transported to jail made an unexpected detour when the bus was involved in a fender bender.
The bus collided with a car near 19th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Wednesday morning.
Several Sheriff's deputies and police officers arrived to make sure the inmates were secure.
At first, no one appeared to be hurt, then two inmates complained of neck pain.
Both were taken to an area hospital to be checked out and are expected to be okay.
The bus only received minor damage.
