Navajo County Sheriff's office say a world champion bull rider has allegedly committed several home burglaries in the last year.

37-year-old Cody Hancock is accused of stealing and re-selling fencing materials since May 2012.

Deputies say several burglaries have been reported from homes near Snowflake, Taylor and White Mountain Lake.

During the investigation, deputies learned a large number of fencing T-posts had been sold by Hancock. Deputies say they later found evidence linking Hancock to several burglaries.

Deputies and officers searched Hancock's home Wednesday and found a large number of fencing T-posts, a Polaris Ranger, and other items of evidence.

Hancock was arrested and faces charges of trafficking in stolen property, burglary, theft, criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing.

Deputies are asking citizens who have purchased any fencing related materials or other items from Hancock within the last 10 months, to contact the Navajo County Sheriff's office.
