A hefty reward is being offered for the arrest of a fugitive gang member from Phoenix.

U.S. Marshal's office officials say Cameron Leezell Taylor participated in a drive-by shooting that killed a retired Air Force veteran.

Gilbert Leon was struck by a stray bullet.

The U.S. Marshal's office and Phoenix police are now offering a $6,000 reward for Taylor's arrest.

Detectives say he goes by the nickname "Woo" and has the words "Blood Money" tattooed across his hands.
