A 3-year-old girl has been found wandering through the streets of Glendale, not once, but twice in the same week.

Police have arrested Eustorgio Luna-Oropeza, the man who was supposed to be watching her while her mother was at work. Court paperwork shows the girl was in a dirty diaper, walking through traffic near 83rd Ave and Glendale on Sunday.

She was missing for 3 hours until she was finally found. The suspect told police he went to go buy diapers.

Monday, the little girl got out again. This time, Luna-Oropeza admitted he fell asleep. She was found wandering in the same area -- this time she was missing about 30 minutes.

The suspect is facing charges of endangerment. Child Protective Services is investigating.
