NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

All-Star weekend is about to go into full swing in New York City with so many different events going on.

Here's a sneak peek at what to do this weekend – All-Star style.

With the MLB All-Star game just days away at Citi Field, there are plenty of exciting events happening around town. Saturday marks the second day of the T-Mobile All-Star Fanfest at the Jacob Javits Center.

On Heritage Day, fans can experience some of baseball's historical moments. Vera Clemente, the wife of the late Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente, will be on hand for a special Q&A session along with Sharon Robinson, daughter of the late Jackie Robinson.

The first 1,000 eligible fans will receive a free Mookie Wilson mini bobble head. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and tickets can be purchased at the door or at MLB.com.

Next to Citi Field you will find the newly renovated Hinton Park and Friday night, hundreds of inner-city kids from around the country took part in the round-robin tournament -- unfortunately the game ended early Fox 5 caught them on the bus.

Reviving Baseball in Inner cities (R.B.I.) consists of baseball and softball players ages 11 to 12 and provides the once in a lifetime opportunity to participate in MLB All-Star week.

"They participate in the legends clinics down at FanFest, the Home Run Derby, the Futures Game, Celebrity Softball and really gives them the true all-star experience," said David James, Director of RBI.

Saturday you can come to Citi Field to watch the RBI Northeast Regional take place at 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. -- all for no charge.

Maybe your more into music than sports, if so, you must head to the Great Lawn in Central Park Saturday night for a free concert starring Mariah Carey.

This MLB All-Star charity concert will also feature the New York Philharmonic and MLB is going to donate $1 million to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

Free Tickets for fans are available at AllStarGame.com/Concert. This free concert starts at 7:30 p.m. but you want to get their early to beat the crowds.
