ORMOND BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Authorities canceled a missing-child alert Monday morning after two young sisters and their mother were found safe, police say.

Jennifer Peabody, 28, has legal custody of her daughters, Allison Pastorino, 7, and Angela Pastorino, 9.

Ormond Beach Police had issued a missing-child alert after Peabody, 28, who suffers from depression, according to family members, made a phone call to family in New Jersey in which she threatened to kill her daughters and herself.

Officers are with them at Ocean Pines Drive residence.
