NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

A second body was pulled from the Hudson River on Sunday near where a bride-to-be and her fiancé’s best man went missing after a nighttime boat crash near the Tappan Zee Bridge.

The body of the would-be best man, 30-year-old Mark Lennon was found Sunday in the Hudson River in Rockland County.

The family of Mark Lennon is understandably heartbroken but they also want everyone to know what kind of man Mark was.

Mark, they say, loved the water, adventure and lived his life to the fullest.

Another tragic discovery just a day after the body of would be bride 30-year-old Lindsey Stewart was found in the Hudson. On Sunday, a jet skier spotted the body of the would-be best man, 30-year-old Mark Lennon.

“I'm just happy he was found and the family has closure and we can move on, the worrying and waiting is over.”

Mark’s brother, Raymond Lennon, told Fox 5 how Mark was best friends with both the would-be bride and groom. Lindsey and 36-year-old Brian Bond, were set to marry in just two weeks.

Lindsey and Mark were killed Friday night when the speedboat they were riding in crashed into a construction barge near the Tappan Zee Bridge.

“My heart bleeds for the Bond family and the Stewart family -- words can't express how deeply sorry we are for them,” said Raymond Lennon.

Six people were in the speedboat that set off from Piermont to Tarrytown for a pre-wedding party. The boats operator, Jojo John, has now been charged with vehicular manslaughter.

Police say he was drunk at the time and has a prior drug arrest.

Although police say alcohol was a factor, as of Saturday night, more lights were added to barges in the area.

Meanwhile friends and family of Lindsey's grieved at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Pearl River Sunday. The same church she was set to wed Brian and it's also where the couple met as children.

Raymond says he has some consolation knowing his brother died doing what he loved.

“He was a free spirit, he loved the outdoors. It’s no surprise to me he took any opportunity to get on a boat.”

Brian, although seriously injured, is expected to survive. As for the other people on the boat, they too are expected to be ok, including the driver of the boat who was arrested in his hospital bed.

Marijuana's hazy contribution to highway deaths

Public officials and safety advocates worry there will be more drivers high on pot and a big increase in traffic deaths as states liberalize marijuana laws. It's not clear, though, whether those concerns are merited. Researchers are divided on the question. Studies of marijuana's effects show the drug can slow decision-making, decrease peripheral vision and impede multitasking.

President Barack Obama is going on a fundraising sweep through New York and Rhode Island as he continues to help Democrats raise money for November's elections. Obama headlines three events on Friday. Two in Westchester County, and the third is in Newport, Rhode Island. The New York fundraisers will benefit the Democratic National Committee, which is still paying off debt from the 2012 campaign season.
