Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies have indicted a 47-year-old Boston man who they say made a bomb threat against Sheriff Joe Arpaio's office several days ago.

Deputies tracked down Robert Paul Menard in Fall River, Massachusetts Monday after he allegedly threatened to bomb Arpaio's office in downtown Phoenix.

Sheriff's officials didn't immediately release any other details of the alleged threat and it was unclear if Menard had a lawyer yet.

This is the fourth bomb threat against Arpaio this since April.

First, a mail bomb addressed to Arpaio was intercepted by Flagstaff postal workers in April, the second was by a Culver City, Calif. man in June and most recently, 27-year-old Frederick Joseph Cusick allegedly made death threats against Arpaio on YouTube.

The 81-year-old Arpaio started his sixth consecutive term as sheriff of Arizona's most populous county in January.

America's self-proclaimed toughest sheriff is known for jailing inmates in tents and making prisoners wear pink underwear.
