The Thursday presentation at downtown's Hart Plaza will include a short vehicle procession along Woodward Avenue from Campus Martius to the riverfront.

Bing, Penske Automotive Group chief Roger Penske and other city business leaders presented the vehicles.

Several businesses earlier this year pledged $8 million to help the city pay for the new fleet of emergency vehicles, including 23 EMS units and 100 police cars.

The other donors include Quicken Loans Inc., General Motors Co., Ford Motor Co., Chrysler Group LLC and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
