BOOTHWYN, Pa. -

"I freaked. It was like I lost a child," recalls Natalie Morgan.

Natalie Morgan keeps replaying in her mind what cameras at a Sunoco gas station in Boothwyn captured.

"The puppy got out when my son wanted to go pay for gas. He wanted to pay for gas for first time, he kept asking," says Natalie.

The video shows just what Natalie describes. Her son comes back to the car and opens the door to get in. At the same time, their precious Shih Tzu, Lola, either jumps or falls out of the car.

They pull off, as their dog Lola just sits there. Natalie and her sons were in Newark, Delaware before they realized that little Lola wasn't with them.

"They were heartbroken. All they kept saying was 'mom I didn't see her get out the car,'" recalls Natalie.

When Natalie returned to the gas station and talked to the clerk, she and the clerk reviewed surveillance video. It showed a woman picking up Lola. Eventually, three women in a car leave with the pup. It's unclear whether the women saw Lola fall out of the car or just thought she was lost.

"The girl runs across, gets the puppy," Natalie describes what she saw on surveillance.

Natalie and her sons have another Shih Tzu, Diamond, who they say also misses Lola.

"Hurtful, my stomach hurt. It was like cramped up. I'm an animal lover," says Natalie.

Her bed and bowl have been empty since this happened on labor day evening. Natalie contacted police and printed up fliers hoping to get Lola back.

"I just really want her back. Whoever got her, just please return her, that's all I want. I want my Lola," says Natalie.

Again, it's unclear whether the women saw Lola fall out of the car or just thought she was lost. If you know where Lola is call Upper Chichester Police.
