PHILADELPHIA -

Another wrongful death lawsuit is filed in the Market Street building collapse.

This time, the claim is made for the estate of Roseline Conteh, a mother of eight who was killed in the June 5 disaster.

Conteh, 52, had just worked an overnight shift and had gone to the Salvation Army Thrift Shop on Market Street when a partially-demolished wall fell on the building.

Conteh, who had emigrated here to escape the violence of Sierra Leone, was buying clothing to send to family in her native land.

The lawsuit names 19 defendants, including the Salvation Army as the lead defendant.

FOX 29's Jeff Cole has more on the second wrongful death claim to be filed following the collapse.
