FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -

Police in a south Fulton County community are keeping a close eye on their kids after three teenagers in the neighborhood were robbed last week.

Parents in this south Fulton community are keeping a close eye on their kids after three teens in the neighborhood were robbed last week.

"I'm concerned for everyone because this is now the third incident that we know about in this block," said Amy Mitchell.

The bold suspect is described as a boy in his mid-teens. He first struck Wednesday afternoon in the Cooks Landing subdivision off of East Stubbs Road, robbing Paul Hak's 14-year-old son after the teen got off his school bus.

Hak said the suspect grabbed his son from behind, rifled through his clothes and backpack and stole his iPhone.

On Saturday afternoon, Amy Mitchell's 14-year-old son and his friend were walking home along a stretch of East Stubbs Road when the robber appeared. Armed with a gun, the robber demanded that they hand over their phones.

"The first incident that I know about…it started more of a wrestling match and now this guy is carrying a gun, and so we just don't know where it's going to go from here," Mitchell said. "It is three kids in a matter of a week and a half, two weeks."

Based on the boys' descriptions, the parents believe the same person committed both crimes. The suspect was on foot and the teens didn't recognize him, but their parents do believe he lives in the area.

"We need to stop this before it happens again," said Hak.

Parents fear someone will be hurt or killed if the teen robber is not caught soon.

The suspect is described as a clean-cut black male in his mid-teens. He's about 5'7" tall with a thin build. He reportedly wore a tank top, gym shorts and Air Jordan Retro 8 sneakers.

Fulton County police are working the case.
