In the spirit of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a very popular but controversial YouTube channel donates to help breast cancer research, However, they get their donation rejected by the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

The channel is called "SimplePickup" and it features videos of three guys, Jesse, Kong and Jason, flirting with and "picking up" women in various silly ways. The channel is ranked 515 in subscriber count out of all the channels on YouTube. The three guys also have a product called ProjectGo, which professes to teach every guy how to pick up any girl. Although very popular, especially with guys, the channel and its three main men have been called by some as distasteful and downright misogynistic.

To obtain their donation money, the three guys behind SimplePickup motorboated women. Motorboat is the act of putting one's face on a woman's breast and rapidly shaking the face. In the most recent video, the SimplePickup guys offered to donate $20 to breast cancer research for each woman who allowed the action. They had $2,080 dollars at the end of the day. Then, the channel promised to give $100 for every 100,000 people who view the video. The video has received 111,000 since it was uploaded yesterday. SimplePickup decided to donate $7,000 to BCRF.

However, the BCRF rejected the donation, saying, "out of respect for the sensitivities of the community we serve we will be refunding your donation."

In a follow-up video, SimplePickup blamed "haters" for causing breast cancer research to lose $7,000 dollars. They also vowed to donate the refunded money to another charity.
