NEW YORK (AP) - New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said police will assess what security changes might be warranted after a shooting at a popular ice rink in Bryant Park in Manhattan.

But Kelly noted that Bryant Park is generally "a very safe area," despite the gunfire late Saturday on the ice rink behind the New York Public Library. Two people were wounded in a blast of bullets that sent skaters rushing to safety and left the ice stained with blood.

A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on attempted murder and other charges. He is being charged as an adult. He is awaiting arraignment, and his lawyer's name wasn't immediately available.

Kelly said Monday that the teen demanded a stranger's jacket and later shot the man after he refused. A 14-year-old bystander also was shot.

Realty TV star Kim Kardashian probably wished she did have one before she walked down the aisle with Kris Humphries. We might never have known about Tiger Woods' cheating ways if he had one. And figure skater Johnny Weir is insisting on one as part of his post-nuptial agreement. What is it? A digital privacy clause.
