Dr. Oz has revealed his latest health discovery, which he calls the next big weight loss superstar! It's the black soybean!

The legume has been popular in Asia for many years because it reduces appetite and leads to less weight gain.

You can buy them hard or in cans and add them to salads, smoothies and even as a meat replacement because they are high in protein.

Dr. Oz says some of his viewers reported a 35% decrease in calorie intake after incorporating black soybeans into their diets!
