Mom In Lower Macungie Pleads For Daughter's Safe Return

Posted: Updated:

A Lower Macungie Township woman is pleading for her daughter's safe return.

Police say 41-year old Holly Grim went missing November 22nd. She was last seen dropping her son off at the bus stop in the morning, according to authorities. When she didn't show up for work, her mother says she knew something was terribly wrong.

Grim says it's unlike her daughter to break from her routine or not to call. She's a single mom to her 16-year old son Zack and has played on the same bowling league every Thursday night for over a decade.

Since Holly's disappearance, neighbors in her tight knit community have taken to the streets passing out flyers and organizing walking searches for her.

"I can't find the words to thank these people for being out there helping me search for her," said Jeanette Grim.

Police say anyone with information should call them.

"I just want to hold her again. I think when she comes back, I won't be able to let go," said Grim. "I love you....and first chance you get: call me and I will come get you wherever that is."

Jeanette says everything in Holly's house is just as she left it. Her cigarettes and lighter were both on the coffee table. The only thing out of place was an overturned coffee mug.

Police are being tight-lipped about the investigation and won't say whether they believe a struggle took place in Holly's home.
