SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. -

A family squatting at a multimillion dollar home in Sandy Springs has been evicted.

Police said Abir Rozelle, two teenage girls and an unidentified man had occupied the home on the 5600 block of Cross Gate Drive in Sandy Springs. Officials say the water and electricity were turned on inside the home.

According to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office, a deputy sheriff sergeant informed the occupants that Bank of America owned the home and that no one should be in it around 10 a.m. on Tuesday afternoon.

Bank of America arranged for a moving company to remove everything from the premises and everything was stacked on the sidewalk. The bank also had a locksmith change the locks to ensure the family was unable to regain entry.

Neighbors said they had concerns about the home's occupants after they moved into the vacant home last October. It's not clear how the squatters got into the house.
