Do you cross your legs? Well, apparently that could be bad for your heart. A study says that sitting with legs crossed at the knee can bump up blood pressure, according to Prevention.

Here are some other hidden health risks:

Standing with locked knees

Sleeping on your stomach

Wearing your belts tight

Slouching

Driving long distances without a break

Stretching as soon as you get up

Holding off on using the restroom

Chewing gum
