'Revenge Porn' bill: Nude images published without consent would be illegal

If you try to get back at an ex by posting "revenge porn" online, it could soon become a crime in Arizona.

Under a bill by a bipartisan group of state representatives, it would be a felony to distribute photos and videos of naked people or those engaged in sex acts without their written consent.

The law would exclude images taken in public or a commercial setting.

Last fall, California made "revenge porn" illegal.  New Jersey did the same in 2004.
