Delaware's Deputy Attorney Faces Rape Charges

A prosecutor in the Delaware Attorney General's Office is under arrest and facing charges of raping a 16-year-old boy.

Police say 34-year-old Daniel Simmons, a deputy Attorney General, met the teenager through a social media app called "Grindr".

Simmons is facing four counts of rape.

He's now on administrative leave.

Attorney General Beau Biden has not commented on the case.
