Men save baby who fell from second-story window in China

Posted: Updated:
Wild video out of China where several people come to the rescue of a 1-year-old boy.

Two men are seen catching the baby who fell out of a second-story window. The baby is believed to have gone looking for his mother. He climbed onto a window ledge during a thunderstorm.

Some people on the street level spotted him and rushed to the building. They put down a couch and cardboard boxes in case they couldn't catch him.

Fortunately, they made the catch and returned the boy to his mother.

When interviews about it afterwards, the men said it was no big deal, just human instinct.

Reuters reports the incident happened in Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City, in the southern province of Guangdong.
