PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Police bust a shoplifting ring who targeted Toys R Us stores across the valley.

Investigators say they were stealing Legos and then selling them on the black market.

Police arrested 35 year-old Garry Fairbee, 33 year-old Tarah Dailey, 34 year-old Melissa Dailey, and 40 year-old Troy Koehler for the crime. All were charged with various felony counts including organized retail theft, trafficking stolen property, fraudulent schemes, and illegal control of an enterprise.

Toys R Us contacted Phoenix Police after they observed Garry Fairbee and Tarah Dailey stealing high-dollar Lego sets and selling them for profit to Troy Koehler. Troy would go to a store and ask for a refund on the items.

Officers found 18 pallets of Legos, 3 cargo truck loads, with an estimated retail value of $200,000.
