1. One hand on stacked books: opposite arm down to elbow plank/then up to hand tap on book.

2. Paper towel hip raises: on back/pillow squeezed between legs, hip raise to reverse crunch.

3. Pillowcase press: books inside pillowcase, lunge and press

4. Surfer jumps.
