Maitland front yard pool appealed; commissioners to decide

Neighbors of one Maitland home building a pool in the front yard say the construction devalues their property and hinders their view. The neighbor's attorney spoke filed an appeal, but Seminole County voted 2-1 to allow the plans to proceed.
