Lawsuit filed in deadly Halloween shooting in downtown Orlando

A lawsuit has been filed against the City of Orlando in the deadly October 2024 shooting on Halloween night in downtown Orlando. Two men were killed. 17-year-old Kaylen Dwayne Edgar has been charged with murder.
