Tropics forecast: 2 systems in Pacific. Quiet Atlantic

Both pacific systems are close to Central American brining heavy rain ... Tropical Depression Boris is bringing heavy rain to Acapulco region today, but weakening over land. Tropical Storm Cristina brings torrential rains to Honduras and Guatemala.  In the Atlantic, a tropical wave near Jamaica is making for rough maritime conditions in the weather Caribbean, but no immediate tropical development is expected.
