At the MLB Winter Meetings, FOX 35's Jonah Karp spoke with Tampa Bay Rays legend and Platinum Glover Kevin Kiermaier to talk about his dreams to become a freelance defensive outfield specialist coach with the goal of revolutionizing the way Major League Baseball Organizations coach, teach and position their defenders in the outfield. Kiermaier spent his playing career with the Tampa Bay Rays and Toronto Blue Jays before joining the Los Angeles Dodgers on the way to a World Series Championship in 2024. Kiermaier spent 2025 helping with the Blue Jays organization, but wants to take another step into the coaching realm.
