Police arrested the man on charges of indecent exposure and kidnapping. The girl screamed for help and was not harmed, police said. A judge ruled that Stephan Sterns, the Florida man accused of abusing and killing Madeline Soto, 30, in 2024, will be allowed to wear a suit during his sexual abuse trial, and be allowed to use a felt tip pen. He will have to wear stun-cuffs on his ankles, however. Sterns' trial on the sexual abuse charges is set to begin in July, while the trial for Soto's alleged murder is set to begin in the fall.

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer hopes to have the city's Pulse Memorial built by summer 2027 -- a deadline two years away. On Monday, the Orlando City Commission approved a builder for the project. The Pulse Memorial is dedicated to the 49 people killed, 53 others hurt at the deadly shooting at Pulse Nightclub. Building a memorial has been years in the making, but was marred with funding and other issues with the onePulse foundation. That organization was eventually dissolved and the City of Orlando has since stepped in.

Officials are looking for a 2004-2008 silver or gold Honda Accord. It likely has damage to its passenger side mirror and front bumper.
