Winter Garden police say a man has died after being shot during an apparent dispute over motorcycles in the neighborhood. According to preliminary info from police, it appears there was an "ongoing issue" over motorcycles. The suspect shot the motorcyclist, striking him. That man died. He was identified as Ja'Keem DeSun Williams, 32.
