Road-rage shooting started with a honk, deputies say
Deland Police arrested 22-year-old Daniel Duarte on two counts of aggravated assault and firing a gun into a vehicle, among other charges. Police said it appears another driver honked at Duarte who responded by firing rounds at his vehicle. At least two hit the vehicle, narrowly missing the driver's head, police said.
