FDLE arrested Dwain Hall on charges of first-degree murder & kidnapping in connection of the death of a woman from the UK. The victim reported missing after she didn’t get on her flight back to England on October 13. Her remains were discovered four days later in the Marion Oaks area. Hall linked to the death after investigators say they found him using her credit cards. Hall was already in jail on unrelated fraud and communication device charges.
