Melbourne city leaders are meeting today to discuss a deadly shooting that took place over the weekend. A 19-year-old man was killed in the shooting, which took place early Sunday morning in downtown Melbourne. The victim, Nathaniel Bernard Jennings, was attending the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, a Christian university located in Minnesota, and was home in Palm Bay for summer break. He was a defensive lineman on the school's football team.
